The project was to restore this grade 2 listed coach house by keeping as much of the original structure as possible. The vision was to create a multi faceted venue with extensions to the ground and upper floors to provide a cocktail bar and events space.
Extensive landscaping would allow for an external kitchen and bar designed to be used throughout the year. A kids play area and accessible toilets were added along with space for 50 cars including EV charge points.

The client wanted to achieve a balance between modern and heritage in the design to compliment its history whilst resonating with a new demographic. Each room has it's own unique look and feel which gives the venue and element of discovery.
